¡¡¡¡Chengdu Jinsha Relics Museum, as a county unit, is subordinated to Chengdu Museum. It is composed of office rooms, the display and research department and the marketing and publicity department.
Office rooms are responsible for :
¡¡¡¡£¨1£©Day-to-day management of the museum regarding administrative affairs, party issues, personnel, finance, ticketing, security, reception, logistics and other overall coordinations;
¡¡¡¡£¨2£©Undertaking of plans for operation, marketing and publicity as well as the related cultural industry;
¡¡¡¡£¨3£©Overall coordination between departments, and
¡¡¡¡£¨4£©Other pieces of work assigned by superior departments.

The display and research department will engage in:
¡¡¡¡£¨1£©Collections assembly and day-to-day protection, management of files and card composition;
¡¡¡¡£¨2£©Arrangement and research of the collections as academic support for display and collection;
¡¡¡¡£¨3£©Attempt to expand research work to sustain exhibition, publicity and marketing of the collections with more academic background;
¡¡¡¡£¨4£©Preparation for exhibition and display , mapping out and implementation of related plans, and
¡¡¡¡£¨5£©Daily reception of and explanation for visitors.

The marketing and publicity department will undertake:
¡¡¡¡£¨1£©Publicity of the museum;
¡¡¡¡£¨2£©Advertising and programming, reviewing and implementation of the marketing plan;
¡¡¡¡£¨3£©Programming of merchant manual and implementation of investment inviting plans;

¡¡¡¡£¨4£©Editing and maintaining of this website to ensure smooth operation, and extensive publicity of Jinsha culture, and
¡¡¡¡£¨5£©Patriotic education and moral improvement for those under age.
