A large number of paper documents have remained in thousands of years of Chinese history. To protect ancient classics and pass on cultural heritage, the Western Sichuan Document Restoration Center and Chengdu Jinsha Site Museum jointly organized Excellent Workmanship in Restoration: Exhibition on Repaired Paper Documents. It opened at Jinsha Site Museum on November 20, 2013, and lasted 10 days.

At the opening ceremony, the professional staff of the Western Sichuan Document Restoration Center collectively brought to the audience their original poem recitation with music. The Persistence of Restorers expressed their continuous pursuit in protecting cultural heritage, and the sense of responsibility to pass on the ancient documents to future generations.
