Jinsha site museum situates between the second and third ring roads in Chengdu's northwest. There are three entrances: The South Entrance at No.2, Jinsha Site Road, the East Entrance at No.227, Qingyang Ave., the North Entrance at No.3 Jinbo Road. 

Two parking lots are located beside the South and North Entrances.

The museum is only 5 kilometers away from downtown. Visitors to the museum are suggested to take the following bus routes: No. 82, No. 83, No. 111, No. 163, No. 175, No. 209, No. 1029, No. 1043, and No. 1123.
