The museum provides visitors with various guided tour services, including free online audio guides in eight languages ​​(Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, and Italian), sign language interpretation, paid self-guides, and on-site human interpretation. 

I Online audio guide:

Visitors can scan the QR code below and follow the instructions to enter the guide platform. 

II On-site services:

Paid self-guide: Visitors can borrow audio guides (with Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, and Spanish language options) for 20 yuan or 40 yuan at the designated stations located in the South Gate Visitor Center, the East Entrance of the Relics Hall and the first floor lobby of the Exhibition Hall. Visitors are also encouraged to pick up a guide brochure for assistance.

Human interpretation: Human interpretation lasts approximately one hour, and the fee for foreign language is 70 yuan per person for one to three people or 60 yuan per person for four or more people.

Reservation process: To make a reservation, please call the reservation telephone number at 028-87303572 one day in advance. The museum accpets reservation for group visits of over 20 people or foreign language interpretation services. Visitors are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to the reservation time.
