To show the archaeological discovery in the Yalong River area of Sichuan Province to the public, and to provide a platform to present this distinctive regional bronze culture, Jinsha Site Museum and Liangshan Regional Museum (of Sichuan) jointly held The Mystery of Southern Sichuan: Exhibition on Archaeological Discovery of the Yalong River Area. The exhibition opened at Chengdu Jinsha Site Museum on August 1, 2012, and will last until October 30, 2012.

The exhibition features more than 400 artifacts from the Yalong River Area, including numerous weapons, rarely-seen religious instruments, unique musical instruments, ornaments as well as production and living implements.
