Valuable Cultural Relics of Sanxingdui and Jinsha Site Packed and Shipped to Taiwai for Exhibition

After careful preparation for more than a year, Sichuan Province will launch a six-month exhibition of “Mysterious Treasure from Sanxingdui and Jinsha of Ancient Shu Kingdom” in January 2012 in Taiwan. On Dec. 20, 140 pieces (sets) of valuable cultural relics unearthed in Sanxingdui and Jinsha were packed and shipped in Jinsha Site Museum.
It is reported that the exhibition will show the Taiwanese 140 pieces (sets) of rare cultural relics. They were made in the mysterious ancient Shu Kingdom 3,200 years ago. Those exhibits are from Sanxingdui Museum and Jinsha Site Museum in Sichuan Province, including bronze masks, heads, sacrificial artifacts, jadeware and goldware. More importantly, some of the valuable exhibits will be on display for the first time.
