Jinsha Site Museum’s Ninth Anniversary: Welcome to the “Retro Games”

April 16th marked the ninth anniversary since the erection of Jinsha Site Museum. The Museum worked with Sichuan Museum and Chengdu Sport University Museum to launch the Photography Exhibition of Chinese Ancient Sports’ Cultural Relics as well as the Retro Games to relive the sporting spirits of “faster, higher and stronger”.

"The anniversary is near the International Day for Monuments and Sites. Jinsha Site Museum features a pleasant environment and is an ideal choice for entertainment and exercising. The International Day for Monuments and Sites this year is themed on “Sporting Heritage”. So we came up with this event with the view to celebrating the birth of the Jinsha Site Museum and providing a platform that allows the citizens to experience how the ancient sports are played in China," said Yao Fei, the deputy curator of the Museum.
