Lu Jin, Deputy Director of the National Cultural Heritage Administration, Investigates and Guides the Work of Chengdu Jinsha Site Museum

On the afternoon of June 10, 2023, “Cultural and Natural Heritage Day”, Lu Jin, Deputy Director of the National Cultural Heritage Administration, visited Chengdu Jinsha Site Museum for research and guidance.
Deputy director Lu Jin and his entourage visited the archaeological excavation site of the Relic Hall, the Exhibition Hall, the “Golden Light Shines Miles Away: Bronze Civilization in Southwest China” and listened to the report of Zhu Zhangyi on the Jinsha Ruins and the current situation of the museum. During the research, Deputy Director Lu Jin inquired thoroughly about the protection and utilization of the site, display and exhibition and the construction of smart museum, and affirmed the museum’s work.
Deputy Director Lu Jin emphasized that it is necessary to deeply understand a series of important expositions and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage, fully implement the new era cultural heritage guidelines of prioritizing protection, strengthening management, tapping into value, utilizing effectively and vitalizing cultural relics. We should strive to improve the level of the protection and utilization of cultural relics, enhance the research and display of Jinsha unearthed cultural relics and promote the creative transformation and innovative development of ancient Shu culture.
