The 31st Summer Universiade X Jinsha Site Museum: Contribute to Chengdu’s Construction of Famous Events-hosting City

Jinsha Site, which was discovered in 2001, advances Chengdu’s founding to about 3,000 years ago, finding the historic and cultural city an earlier origin. Jinsha elements, appearing in almost every corner of the Universiade, will let the world see the city’s profound feature, and help to promote Chengdu as a worldwide-known events-hosting place.

Ancient Shu-themed Modern Artwork: Make Greater Contribution to Aesthetic Jinsha

The exhibition will also display a number of modern artworks created by torch designer Mr. Xu Liaoyuan for the 20th Anniversary of Jinsha Discovery based on the Ancient Shu civilization, thus demonstrating the aesthetic of Ancient Shu civilization in contemporary contexts and cross-border cultures, and highlighting the multiple expressions of history and culture.

The exhibition will be on display until January 15, 2022, and welcome the public to come and feel the beauty of Jinsha and the Universiade.
